Day - 1 : GUWAHATI-KAZIRANGA (240 Kms / 4 hrs)

On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station & transfer to Kaziranga National Park, the home of “One Horned Rhinoceros” and a UNESCO world Heritage Site. Check in at your hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day - 2 : KAZIRANGA

Early morning Elephant Safari to explore any one zone of Kaziranga National Park. Apart from the Rhino, other species found are Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants and if you are lucky then tiger also. It is also home to pelicans, storks and darters as there are a number of water bodies inside the Park. Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon enjoy jeep safari through the National Park. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at Kaziranga.

Day - 3 : KAZIRANGA - SHILLONG (295 Kms / 7 hrs)

After breakfast proceed for Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". En route visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in to hotel. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day - 4 : EXCURSION TO CHERRAPUNJEE (60 Kms / 2 hrs)

After early breakfast drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world en route visit Shillong peak for some breathtaking views and Elephant Falls. On reaching Cherrapunjee you will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day - 5 : SHILLONG-MAWLYNNONG- DAWKI- SHILLONG (100 Kms/ 2-3 hrs one way)

Day trip to Mawlynnong- the cleanest village in Asia. The saying seeing is believing seems to be so right for this village. This is an experience in itself. We will explore the living root bridge and the tree house in the village. Then we proceed to Dawki (Indo-Bangladesh Border) to experience the boating in crystal clear water of Umgnot River. Overnight in Shillong.

Day - 6 : SHILLONG-GUWAHATI (100 Kms / 3 hrs)

After breakfast drive to Guwahati en route (optional) visit Don Bosco Museum which is one of the most Hi-tech museums in India and which showcases the rich indigenous culture of North Eastern states. Arrive and check in at hotel. Later visit the famed Kamakhya Temple. Return to hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati

Day - 7 : GUWAHATI AIRPORT /RAILWAY STATION

After breakfast check out from hotel & transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your onward journey.
